Ryan Goldin is the founder of Goldin Athletic Training Association and Co-Owner of Peak-GATA. Ryan was an All-State football player at Tucker High School in 1994. He has a Bachelor of Science in sports management and a minor in business. Ryan competed in power lifting on a national and international level from 1997 to 2006. He became a five-time national champion and in 1999 he was one of the few Americans to win a gold medal in the world championships for the bench press. Ryan holds the national record for the bench press at the 110-kilogram weight class. His certifications include ISSA and ACE, but he credits Sherman Ledford for his unmatched background in program design and technique coaching. Ryan has trained MLB stars such as: Freddie Freeman, Brian McCann, Dan Uggla, Kris Medlen, Dexter Fowler, Alex Wood and several other MLB All-Stars and former 1st Rounders. Ryan is a father of three amazing kids and is married to Abbey Goldin.
